M.P.O.V....I've been CRE since 2009 since it was EFG. First of all don't even remember why I made an in. Maybe because this looked like a play for a little in and some $. It became CRE....and new hopes. But it was like a desert passing true for a long period of time. Of course patience and impatience was the main thing during all those years.
This board became like a little family with up and downs in opinions but always correct. Longs here knows nearly everyone, newcomers brought some good infos and discussions.
I've attended AGA during 6 consecutive years, even one where there was more board members that share holders in the room........
It looks like that's the end of the desert and the beginning of something big will be soon....(but what mean's soon for CRE...lol). Many times we were having doubts about management. I did it too. But we are at the moment that all could happen. So management did what it took, and not what we would push them to do. One thing that kept me here was they didn't sold anything not even at 1.85.....this was my hint, but ho boy I was wondering.
