Critical Elements Lithium Corp is a Canada-based mining exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and processing of critical minerals mining properties in Canada. Its projects include Rose Lithium-Tantalum, Rose North, Rose South, Arques, Bourier, Dumulon, Duval, Nisk, Lemare, Caumont, and Valiquette. The Rose Lithium-Tantalum property consists of over 473 claims covering a total area of over 246.55 square kilometers (km2). It lies in the northeastern part of Superior Province, within the Eastmain greenstone belt. The Rose North property consists of about 31 claims covering a total area of over 16.14 km2. The Arques Property is composed of one block totaling around 136 claims covering an area of 6,840.93 hectares (ha) over 18 kilometers (kms) in length in a Southwest-Northeast direction. The Bourier Property is comprised of over 304 claims with an area of 15,616.47 ha for over 30 kms. The Rose South property consists of over 280 claims.

RE:RE:RE:Eric to speak Wednesday Hi rockhound01, Haber is definitely working on the project. When I contcated JSL after the PP in 2020 to setup a conference call he's the one who offered to include Haber on the call. He spent 45 minutes explaining his views and predictions on the lithium market, answered all our questions. We had another conference call in January of this year and he spent close to an hour on the call with us if I remember correctly.

He understands the market very well. He predicted the turnaournd in LCE and spodumene prices in summer 2020. Back in January 2022 he predicted that prices could still keep climbing. It's definitely good to have him on board to get this project started. We're almost there, only one permit away from derisking the prject significantly.

To the posters who say management doesn't care about sp, thats not true. They have millions of shares and the price afftects them a lot more than it affects us.
