The language is all still pointing positive and the timelines (if you can call putting a calendar year as the goal) is still positive.
All 3 catalysts are 2022 and the dominoes will all fall in pretty rapid succession once the first one (permit...please!) falls.
We all know that.
Because we watch this closer than our own personal blood pressure and cholesterol.
In fact it contributes to my (and I can say confidently most of our) blood pressure readings.
It will happen. I still believe and bought more today. I cannot get enough it seems. The accumulation continues.
One day I will be either be proven correct or I will need to eat several crows.
