RE:RE:RE:Just another punch in the gut day!

RE:RE:RE:Just another punch in the gut day!So just to expand upon that last thought, why is it that the Quebec government suddenly chose now to approve CRE's rehabilitation and restoration plan? Or, the better question is not so much why the Quebec government chose now to approve the plan, when was the plan first presented. I thought the rehabilitation and restoration plan was part of the original EIS, however, frankly, it's been so long now everything is a blur. So is there a rehabilitation and restoration plan separate from all the other documents CRE has presented that we can view somewhere, and when was this plan/document first presented. Why is it that the Quebec government chose now to approve the plan? Does anyone know the particular sequence that these things usually follow? It seems that the mining lease is granted after the provincial authorization has been granted and the rehabilitation and restoration plan have been approved. We know that the provincial authorization is waiting on those speedsters over at comex, but what is the standard process for presenting and subsequent approving of the rehabilitation and restoration plan. It's seems as though no one on the board has any insight as to what transpired during the April meeting of the comex. We know that nothing happened during the January meeting because the minutes have been posted, there was no meeting in February, and it appears as though, even if CRE was discussed during the March meeting, there was no final decisions made about it, at least that is what I have gleaned from the posts on this board regarding emails with Miss Sophia Cooper. But all that aside, there has been nothing said about comex's April meeting. Could it possibly be that comex approved the project in April and that is why the Quebec government in turn approved the rehabilitation and restoration plan. Hmmmm who knows, all shall be revealed in time and obviously there is no hockey game to watch on tv tonight. Glta
