Critical Elements Lithium Corp is a Canada-based mining exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and processing of critical minerals mining properties in Canada. Its projects include Rose Lithium-Tantalum, Rose North, Rose South, Arques, Bourier, Dumulon, Duval, Nisk, Lemare, Caumont, and Valiquette. The Rose Lithium-Tantalum property consists of over 473 claims covering a total area of over 246.55 square kilometers (km2). It lies in the northeastern part of Superior Province, within the Eastmain greenstone belt. The Rose North property consists of about 31 claims covering a total area of over 16.14 km2. The Arques Property is composed of one block totaling around 136 claims covering an area of 6,840.93 hectares (ha) over 18 kilometers (kms) in length in a Southwest-Northeast direction. The Bourier Property is comprised of over 304 claims with an area of 15,616.47 ha for over 30 kms. The Rose South property consists of over 280 claims.

There is no crystal balls, tea leaf or whatever involved, it's measuring risks and making informed decisions. Is there a risk of CRE announcing amazing deal tomorrow? Yes there is, but what is the chance of it? Very little based on the reasons I have been providing and the Market seems to agree. But thank you for pointing that you have millions of shares. A working Joe like me to gather 100k shares is a big step and if I manage to double that without adding a cent is even better. 
It is a high chance that the deal will be lukewarm since markets are in downturn, probably will include 50% equity at 30% discount minimum to the VWAP. This will significantly limit the upside of the stock and the big red flag is that no major buyers are stepping in, even at these prices. That is because all Bay Street sharks expect to be able to buy their cut during a PP at a major discount. Look at our chairman, even he didn't put his own money into the stock and let his options expire few months ago...
