RCK Permit?
So RCK is on a parabolic rise to stardom and they have yet to apply for a permit. I cannot find anything about their Georgia lake site on the IAAC website. In a couple of their news releases they indicated that the permitting process will be significantly shortened for them because their planned production capacity will be below 5000 tons per day. They also say that the planned production profile is below the threshold’s that require a federal impact assessment. I find this extremely odd because nowadays one needs a permit to cut a tree or collect rocks on the side of the road. Interestingly, on page 16 of our corporate presentation the mill throughput for our mine is Indicated as 4900 tons per day. Is anyone familiar with this part of the permitting process? I just find it incredible that a Canadian company that has yet to apply for a permit could be worth twice ours. Not that I begrudge RCK shareholders, but I am certainly jealous and really hope to someday experience what they have.
Someday...

The 5000 tons threshold is the limit for public hearing obligation if I remember well. Commonly called "bape" in quebec.

Obligation... = automatic, under 5000t some citizen can ask for one and the BAPE will decide if they need to do one... my understanding
