He said they are training at 40% phase 1 NPV, which implies a $4 CND price. That NPV was done is 2017 with a $700 spodumene price. Its $1200 right now. And he said permit will come when it does. Could be tomorrow could be end of year. Also, spoke about off-takes saying they r looking to sign one with someone who will fund construction. I'd assume to avoid further dilution.

Right on.  Steffen Haber, the President, has said in an interview back several months ago that the strategic partner (offtake) will inject funds to finance 40~45% of the $340M CAPEX.   JSL also has said that CRE.V will, at the end of the day, have 200M shares, up from the current 180M, after new shares issuance to finance the CAPEX.  So he intends to issue another 20M shares ...more

I think you have part of the equation figured out, but here is what I recall : The partner would go part of the way (40 to 50%) of CAPEX and for that he would get an agreed upon signed contract for what is underground at the Rose site, AND part of the action. Meaning a percentage of the profits (25% of Rose only)  I do not think there will be shares involved in that deal. When JSL mentioned ...more

I heard Steffen Haber talk about the Strategic Partner get all of the products of the Rose Project in return for their funding 40~45% of the CAPEX.   I was not aware of the 25% profit-sharing scheme.  That's dilution of shareholder value!!!
