hopefully this link opens. The most recent document is the one Hovis  posted. Scroll down to the section, Documents produced by Comex. It is indeed dated 19 October 2021. The requests appear depressingly extensive.

It is depressing. But like in the federal permit. They might still emit the permit with " conditions" attached. I will use my contacts to get the latest on this mess and get back to you guys on Monday
