Thanks very much Insider. i think Eric couldn't have done a better job. Remarks on potential dilution should be encouraging and reassuring for investors.  cheers

Thank you Insider. My takeaways : 1) Build starting beginning of April 2) Eric talks about a "bouquet" of roses 3) Explains that dillution is improbable.

Excellent interview, personally I hate the tortoise and the hare remarks too, sure the tortoise wins in the end but let's face it, nobody places any bets on him. But clichs are not important here, I really like this comment at about the 22 minute mark, he couldn't have been more clear : “Why would one issue equity when you’re trading at less than 0.2 times the value of the project in ...more

My impression is that they are having concerns noted about the 17 years life of the mine. He was very clear saying that some potential partners had a 'booo' moment about that. The other is the dilution issue and hopefully they will follow up on that. Another thing that stuck with me was when he was asked that construction work will be starting in April 2023, he was very quick to respond ...more

Well Monkeyhere, if you are waiting for the 4 dollar mark, so are 7 other analysts that have us at an average of $4.07 now. Here is the link :  Click here

And yet we are sitting at $2.... All I can say is that if you can't beat them, join them lol. Definitely buying more in the new year for my registered accounts if it stays around these levels and resetting my expectations for Q3/ 2023 bottle opener event.
Comment by Wheeler on Dec 12, 2022 10:11am
I thought he was pretty clear about potential partners understanding that the life of mine will increase. It is open to the north and at depth, if I recall correctly.
Comment by tinker901 on Dec 12, 2022 10:31am
Absolutely right Wheeler. But if all potential partners know about the real value of CRE, that does not help the fact many sellers are still letting go at our present SP bargain prices. Like I said before, the only way our SP will rise is when one or more big fish decide to get a large position with us.  Supply and demand. At the moment demand is low. If that is directly related to the ...more

Correct, but he mentioned that 'some' parties are not having issues with that.  We can only speculate of course but what if the 'concerned' party's offer is much higher than the offer on the table provided by the entity that has no issues? As we got the reference about the tortoise, what's stopping CRE to wait for another 6m to get the reserve increased in order to ...more

Why hire now then ??
Comment by tinker901 on Dec 13, 2022 8:14am
Good question Invest1979 ( even if you and I know the answer to that )  There are alot of items to put in place and move forward before DAY 1 of construction. Hiring cannot be done last minute. We are seeing that now and other things that we are not making the news are equipment ordering and purchasing. This too cannot materialize with the turn of a key. So on this board, as we discuss and ...more

This is a very good post.  Optimistic and grounded.  I still believe that conversations with potential partners were well under way before the permit, so this could be a quick turn around to get an agreement in place.  Three months is a very quick turn around for such a thing. I really hope they are using this time to encourage a bidding war between potential partners.  That ...more
