For me this phrase is unwarranted. If you not give out a date, then why add 'Hey we are saying when ??"

Hey Tinker -- my personal take is that this is ALL GOOD. CRE's lawyers - without a doubt - made sure the caveats were in place. More important is the reference to the strong demand, tight market and multiple suitors.....and a fully unencumbered deposit.   After 7/8 years here....I am super happy to wait another week or two or month or two for the best deal possible. Finally we get our update for over 3 months! "if project financing and building permits are in place, to begin deforestation and initial preparation work by the end of the year." Will the construction be further delayued? What do you read it? tiger

Market doesn't seem to be impressed with the update, neither do I! The only positive thing is the Rose expansion potential as the results are indeed good! The financing portion is same old, feel free to compare it to the Fall 2022 update, same language and nothing definitive!
