Yes, it said that if you bought a ton of shares under a dollar, you'll triple your investment soon.* *Of course this wasn't in the MD&A but you get the idea.

The financing deal is the panacea for the company and for us LONGs. The SEDAR filing show about $17MM cash on hand with zero debt. Ignoring the royalties from adjacent developments, much will turn on a contract Li Price, off-take agreement and a financing deal that does not dilute the shareholder pool. Delicate but hopefully doable. posted on ceo.ca
