RE: Listing of new shares - CRU-R

RE: Listing of new shares - CRU-RSorry, let me try again to cut and paste

The new shares will be tradable and listed on Oslo
Børs from today under a seperate International
Securities Identification Number (ISIN) and ticker,
until the new shares are admitted to trading on
Canadian stock exchanges, at which time they will
start trading under the same ISIN (CA2265344028)
and ticker (CRU) as the ordinary shares of Crew
Gold Corporation.

New shares is quoted from today 29.12.2009:

Name: Crew Gold Corp. New Shares
ISIN Code: CA2265346007
Ticker: CRU R
Lot Size: 10 000
Total no of shares: 2,031,528,184
Listing type: OB Match
Orderbook ID: 72221
GICS: OSE15104030 Gold

See company announcement under the ticker CRU
published 22.12.2009

the above was taken from the Oslo bors website. I think the reason why these CRU-R shares are listed only in Oslo is because the TSX has more stringent listing policy
