buyout is usually good BUT

buyout is usually good BUTlast time the offer was about 19 cents when it was trading in the late 20s.  Usually its a premium then what is trading.

maybe now we will get a premium as they bought tons of this stock chaeply...    buying the rest at some premium is more attractive for them now
