There is a 5% free float in this company. The remainder is owned by severstal end endeavour. What would possibly cause any institution to buy in and drive a price up?
As for the fundamentals, do a simple math : market cap of Cru  is a $500 plus $100 of debt, makes an EV of $600
half year EBITDA is $35, annualized $70. Thus EBITDa multiple of 9. Not bad at all for a struggling single mine operation in Guinea
There is no short term upside in this stock
