RE: RockAs with all secondary properties, they add very little to the market cap which tends to reflect mainly the progress and performance of the main producing assets.
The Lone Mountain property and the La Fortuna property are exceptional in their own right, yet are not reflected in the current market cap.
The best way to unlock hidden assets is to spin them out into a separate publicly traded equity,with the parent company retaining a substantial portion of the equity.
A rights offering that would give CSG shareholders preferential rights ( based on the number of CSG shares that they own ) to purchase shares in the spin-off or its IPO would be the best way to go.....
