What I like about the wording is "best interests of our company" which indicates to me that our CEO turned down the ACG offer...an offer was made but not in EXO's best interest.  If Jim was desperate for cash, he probably would have accepted the offer but obviosly felt strong enough that there were other options that he could let this go.  That's just my interpretation.  If I am right, it has been a great day to buy.
