ACG dropped the deal!  If you email Kirshner directly, he is able to confirm this as he did with me.  I quote "the funding fell through in quite a surprising manner".  They are in their final efforts to find a purchaser in the 30 day stay period.  If there are no serious offers then they Company will have to CONSIDER bankruptcy.

Funny no one else has provided any correspondance from EXO to this point appart from assumptions.  Let's hope they do in fact find a buyer or this is a big F U from the universe to my portfolio.
