Volume increasing = I like

Volume increasing = I likeI flagged this on my watchlist a couple weeks back. Why the sudden volume increase? Anyone know what's going on?

I have also looked at the level 2 and agree with what was said below. Anon churning for a while but looks like a few buys from domestic brokerages.
This signals that it could be good to accumulate some if news is about to drop?
