Bitcoin trading?

Why is it it trades at a higher value at night and on weekends and then when the North American markets open it always crashes back down.

Perhaps when the markets are closed, investors want to continue investing in something ? since cryptos don't close, gives them more options after hours. Just my thoughts.  cheers!
