headed to signal digits again, then
as pre my prior expectation that thie sp would go to signal digits, which it did, the sp is again headed to single digits, but with a difference this time.
there will be no meaningful bounce, maybe a week or two temporary bounce, followed by a re-org, reverse split 5:1 or 10:1, then the typical dribble down to signal digets after a reverse split
the current partner will finance but only after taking 80% of the company

Current management can provide finance and then convert but conversion price is fixed at 0.225 CAD so single digits price would not be a boon to them.
