RE: Trading

RE: Trading
I  largely agree with your assessment of what's likely to go on with CTE & AOI in the near future - until the deal closes. As far as yesterdays' trading activity being "strange".  sorry but I just don't see it that way. JMHO, is all.  Over the next few days I expect the market makers to get firm control of CTE stock price & 'will keep it in a tight range holding it  to the .307 %  average price ratio of AOI stock as stated in the proposed deal.  If for some material reason the stock price of AOI goes up during the period before the deal closes, the price of CTE will rise too maintaining the .307% ratio between the two stock prices.  Like you,  I don't think there is much chance for a downward price move from here as I think AOI is probably fairly valued at this point, moving into the deal quiet period, but I don't really know for sure? Material news emanating from CTE should be nearly absent as the ball is now in the hands of AOI . It's all just speculation as well as opinion on my part as to what may happen. I hope I'm right? Also, I agree , the cash part of the deal is inconsequential.
