Some mother trying to catch investors aseep at the switch.  He was probably hoping the drop in price would activate  other investors stop loss orders therby creating a " panic sell".  I've seen it recently with a different stock I own.  Luckily I was out working on my car and missed the panci "stop losss" sell offf.
