Help CTW and CWP

Help CTW and CWPdoes anyone have any clues what is happening with this company? I'm a shareholder but lost interest after the roll back and name change. Saw a little activity in both ctw and cwp and now curious what they are doing and if there is a plan for the future. Also can someone explain to me, the two types of share, issued at roll back in the dark
