RE: im in @ 14 If you look at the insider activity posted by mvreno, add up all the Rogers shares it's 22.05M. And since it only shows the last 10 transactions it's very possible that the other 500K is prior to those 10.
The TSX News report blog has a link to the SEDAR filing on Feb 16, it says he intends to sell 22.5M shares, and that he has 22.73M shares, so he has 230K left, not a lot in case he wants to dump those too.
