They have openned themselves to a lawsuit in an already unstable market with no revenue and no justification for their reasoning. Note the other part of the NR - no revenue. It is pushed back another quarter.
How did you think the day was going to end. If this board is a sample of the investors reaction then note the negitive reaction. Believe me I didn't see this of all things coming and they managed to top it off with stalled revenue.
Think? Like you, me and so meny others tonight we are all going to think about this. We will bleed Tuesday also. In a few days we will see if a new support level forms.
Hopefully I am missing something because I still see a good product with potential in the right sector, in the right time. I assure you that is the only reason I am still holding. I have no issues taking a loss, however disapointing as this is, it does not change the product or its impact.
