We are not seeing a lot of big insitutional buyers.....the odd 100k here and there......the rest are average size buys. So why is suisse selling off close to 1 mill now. They are not selling off the ex-employee shares......they have plenty of opportunity to sell them in the 12 cent + range but have pulled them and then filled at the lower offers. I will agree it is downward push....could we see a pp. Unless we see a big contract with some money up front....... this company does not have enough money to finish out the year.
There are only really three options: a PP, takeover, or a purchase contract.
My guess is likely a PP.
