I was going to say the EXACT same thing.  I did have a thought this morning though.  On the conference call they said they were already at stage 2 (meaning 5 or more units sold) to Enxco which could be the first of the big 3 to buy 20,000+ units.  Then I thought hang on 20,000 units @ 50K (conservative sales price is a BILLION)...and they mentioned between 25% and 50% profit margins...why the heck would you buy a billion dollars worth of product from someone at those margins when you can buy the company for 3 million (9 million market cap minus 6 million in cash). 

 

Maybe that's why the target is being cut, we are going to be scooped us in a flash for pennies on the dollar.  Won't make the guys who bought at $1 happy but a 25 cent sale price would make sense to a lot of people.
