This broke the 52 week low on no news, just a major dump by one firm???   This looks like a steal to me right now but I dont understand why the drop happened.  Any longs have some thoughts on this today?

Read the last NR.  CTW is suing the former CEO etc.  The former CEO held roughly 22 million shares.  He dumped them today and crashed the SP.   So, the SP is trading at a huge discount due to the fact he finally dumped his shares.

Ex-CEO Rogers was ousted in 2H 2012. Declared his intention to sell his 22.5M shares (see the fillings in sedar). He initially declared in Jan, did not sell anything, then declared again last week. Is now being sued by the company so that might have forced his hand into selling at these low prices (need to pay the lawyers)? https://www.newswire.ca/en/story/928489/philip-l-rogers-alisa-rogers-and ...more
