share price bottomed yestereday?

Looks that way to me; now if share price starts moving in the right direction, its a good time to start laddering in gradually buying chunks of shares as long as the share price continues to move up; 

I gather from what I read that the allegation in the lawsuit is that the former CEO arranged for an improvident purchase of aircraft from a company also owned by the former CEO.  Press releases says he is going to vigourously defend the lawsuit.  

Good business if their technology actually works; I see those wind turbines popping up everywhere now, lol
