You are absolutely right....this should be easily in the low 20's but I think there is a effort to keep it low....accumulating slowly....if history shows true there will be about a 40 or 50k buy go thru after a push down.

The CEO thinks this is a good thing because it opens up how many operators can buy a cheaper Vindicator. I agree with him.
