This little gadget caught my eye.

The reason for this is that I served in the military as a sniper and something like this might have been as asset to us while employed in a long range capacity (1000m +).

I've only briefly looked over the device so it might be that I'm way off but at first blush, I would have liked to have it at my disposal (with some modifications of course).

Lots of countires employ sniper teams and long distance shooters (read .50 cal).

Or maybe I'm just right out of 'er....

I've been watching the Volvo Ocean Race.  I'm surprised that there isn't one of these on every boat, and CTW isn't a sponsor.
