If CTW is able to dump OADS without paying them anything..and they win any lawsuits that might prop up... what is to stop another company from buying an OCS/Vindicator and simply reverse engineering it (if the patents don't stand up). Maybe Gamesa or another large player is already working on this. It just opens up a can of worms. I would prefer CTW just pay their license fee. Maybe a lawsuit will be cheaper than the licensing fee in the longterm. Time will tell. Still holding my shares though. Upside still far outweighs any possible downside.

There is no indication that OADS has released CTW from their responsibilities! Smarter thing may have been to renegotiate a lesser payment.....? This definitely puts a twist in things and no doubt is the reason for the drop. The info was out last week and we are just getting it now is my feelings. JMHO
