In the last few days, somebody kept on selling their shares to keep the price low.  For such a good potential product, there is no reason the price is below 10 cents.  But why?  I guess there is a good opportunity somebody will put an offer to buy the company within 3 months.  This is the only reason I think.  They want to cut the fund raising chance of issuing more shares and pay less for each share.  So the management was forced to break the contract in order to get more orders by low price.

So I think theref might be an offer at 15 to 20 cents coming in 3 months.  Just hold your shares, something is coming!

I don't think there will be a buyout below $1 per share. This is because Hunter Hall effectively controls this company now. They acquired their shares at much higher prices and will not accept an offer in the 15-20 cent range. They are in it for the long term, as am I.

With the amount of shares I own a takeover in 1-3 months @ 20 cents would make me pretty happy.  Actually VERY happy
