Lots of worries here on this one. Double whammy with the ex employee selling it down and then the announcement they would no loger be paying for the patent, they should have followed both of those events with orders letting us know all was ok. As we know that hasn't happened.  Investors are afraid of a lawsuit and this badly needs orders or-I'll let you guess.

They just had a fair bit of orders and product development news recently. How many more can you expect with a $125K per unit product? The companies need time to test them before they invest millions. Their breakeven is $16M in revenue a year. The target is $600K for Q1 which isn't great but not unexpected as Jacob Securities outlines in their analysis. Q2 looks to have already a couple million ...more

I don't think they are selling units for $125k anymore. Based on the last conference call it sounds like the average selling price (ASP) is coming down. I'm guessing it is at $100k or slightly below at this point but I'm just speculating. A lower ASP is a great thing in the long run as long as profit margins remain high.
