People...don't you get it? CTW is not a wind turbine company nor is it a wind energy company. CTW is a company in the business of making wind power more EFFICIENT and CHEAPER. No matter what the policy of the Quebec government may or may not be today, alternative forms of energy WILL be needed in the future.   If CTW was a wind turbine company that just borrowed $100M to put up 100
