Okay... I was not going to post anymore tonight... But I continue reading and researching and with only 3MM in the bank... They need to raise cash very soon... I'm thinking we'll see another placement soon (maybe in the works). This could be part of the reason for the resistance to let the SP move up!!!
From what I can see the last private placement was Nov 2010.
