Reverse split??

I heard something about a reverse split of the stock? Anyone know if or when this is happening or is this a myth?

I have no idea whats going to happen with this re-branding.  A few of the "probable" things that will happen is a new name, website and stock ticker.  A few of the "possible" things that might happen could be a reverse split, a takeover (hence the need for rebranding but management obviously can't hint at that in their communications) and also a NASDAQ listing ...more

Okay........ so if a reverse split happens is this going to help us?????????

It could go either way. stock splits are usually viewed as negative. However, a well timed news release (orders) along with the rebranding and new ticker might allow a reverse split to work in a positive way!

All this talk about a reverse split. I have one question about this. How would this benefit Hunter Hall one of our largest shareholders and other institutional investors? Can someone elaborate on that? I for one would vote against this if I was already a major shareholder.

I wouldn't get too concerned about it.  None of the company's communications have mentioned anything about a reverse stock split....its just bullboard speculation at this point.     Let's speculate about another hypothetical situation, how about a $5 takeover?   That seems more fun.
