By the looks of it they didn't dump shares, they transfered them to another company.   also this leaves their share balance around a measly 39 million after the "dump"     Security designation: Common Shares           2114051 2012-06-29 2012-07-10 Control or

Thats very intersting maybe as a fund they cannot make a formal takeover of any company but a new corporation that already owns a few hundred thousand shares can.  Exciting times I tell ya, just hold this and you will be happy you did.
