Le t's just say that this lawsuit is nothing to worry about. These things take years to resolve. I will be buying more if this goes lower. It is a part of many going back and forth between OADS, Catch the Wind and the exx CEO.

These things take years to resolve. Unbeleivable how one post from Panhandle Phillips who has rarely posted on this board can raise so much trouble. Yes a lawsuit has been filed, however it is a part of many lawsuits filed by the same organization.

Relax people, once the sales are generated these lawsuits and threats of lawsuits should become nothing short of a distant memory.

End of story.

If this thing goes any lower, my buy order will be there.

Great post Dynamic, I also noticed that not many shares being offered at this price.  If people were dumping thered be more shares traded. However we do need some positive news, sales and earnings, if that happens who knows how high this will go!!!
