RE: This is the time!There is no question about the resource, and that it will eventually be exploited.
The question is whether the insiders and big investors will make out, leaving the small retail investors like me holding the bag, or whether company management is truly looking out for the little guy.
Since most companies of this sort err on the side of screwing the little guy, it's hard to want to buy more shares.
