RE:RE:RE:Website under cosntructionWithout going back and looking at it my take on it was they are issuing shares to close out, (delist) the debentures, paying them off, including interest, with newly-issued shares.  Hope you are right about only 64 million shares issued.  That's not so many, but it's all relative.  The market will determine if it's good news or not.  The shares aren't trading so it makes little difference...  Who knows what the share price will be if and when trading resumes...  Very little light on the subject here...  We are just at the mercy of the developments as things unfold.  Being a share holder I am, of course, hoping for a positive outcome to all of this, but that's a hope...  Rising metals prices, as time passes, would be helpful.
