Quarterly release

coming at the end of this month.

I know they can't announce anything until the deal is pretty much finalized.  Hopefully a deal of some type is in the works in the near future.  It would make sense if the deal was in the MJ, MJ oils extraction or edibles space given the pedigree of the BOD.
