Egh, it looks like Bruce has decided to retire. If this stock doesn't have a heart beat by the end of the month take it behind the barn & you know what.

This is a vehicle for taking a company public. It's an empty shell.  The board have 2 years from IPO to announce a deal.  Still loads of time.
