A Capital Pool Company has 24 months (2 years) to announce a deal before they are delisted. Still loads of time. Antham

There is no magical date. After 2 years a capital pool listing with no transaction will move to a .H listing which bears no real difference to retail shareholders.  The most important thing to note is that the founders get penalized by the exchange for not closing a deal within the 2 year window. So its in the founders best interest to get something done.  No point in whining.. if you ...more
