RE: Sell-off? What sell-off?

RE: Sell-off? What sell-off?mr. claritas well articulated my view as well, although I have not sold all shares. i had sold half a position a few weeks ago but was well up and compelled to do so....waiting to put that half back in at a pullback or post-agm perhaps, when the picture was supposed to start getting easier to read. now i have my doubts due to managements bobbling of late. that said, salazar strikes me as more a sincere guy than a pumper, so that and good assets may be better in the long run than a lesser pile of dirt and a good talker. the style of his communication is not good, but frankly the substance is even worse. i listened to that web cast and was appalled how poorly the whole tech thing was explained, particularly when it has been made abundantly obvious that the market does not understand the deal....cripes, the best letter writer following the thing has said as much publically and you just came off a protracted halt....and that news conference did more to confuse me than this bullboard some days....as one example, one of the questions was about once the mine was in production etc....and does that mean if teck buys in that cuu sits back and collects 25%....he mentioned something about a working interest....which made me thing...hmm...so if tech comes in and must arrange financing to put the thing into production....does that necessarily mean they cover all production costs or is cuu still on the hook for some costs to secure its "working interest"...honest to goodness...I could not believe how badly that whole thing was explained (sort of).... and oh, by the way, when your share holders and the market are that confused by the most critical piece of your story other than the rock....and you get asked about it...and you're the president and author of the story....PLEASE don't start your reply with "I will tell you my understanding of it"....talk about making you wonder if he even understands it... so is there validity to mr. claritas' ponderings that they are too smart to be this dumb or ineffective...e.specially with teck as a aprtner and helping craft any of the nr's (which i do not know to be the case although others on the board here have referred to it)...who knows...like I said above....in the long run, one presumes the value of the asset will dictate the outcome in a positive way and the rest of this is noise along the way. regards to all and best of luck.
