Why...

Why...What is @#$% going on with CUU now? I could not handle this drop and dumped nearly all of my CUU. Good luck to those who have been patient. There is the slight chance I may be kicking myself later but I highly doubt it! Who knows, if this goes back to .06 to .15/share I just may get back in once more! 

My question is why are insiders like David Morris Macdonald appear to be loading up at a relatively higher share prices from .33 to .41/share  (even as much as 100,000 share @ .365) but doesnt buy a whole lot when it's below way .30 or prices like these at .24/share? What is going on here? This guy probably isn't going to disclose selling either until he really has to! Sounds like this stock is being manipulated!  Answers would much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
