I believe we are still waiting for federal approval, that is the most important thing. It was the federal environmental process that disallowed the Taseko Mine and put a black mark on mines in BC. When we have federal approval we can breathe easier and in my opinion the press should start making a bit of a fuss. They said they would try and stick with the same timelines as provincial EA so that would be Monday.
That is my understanding as well.
