Seriously, no smart investor buys Copper Fox at this value when you can buy a producing mine like Taseko, or Copper Mountain for more than half the cost (based on market cap). Can a long, please explain this? Please, something besides its a so called "district."

In today's environment, it is rather crazy. Nobody can buy CUU out except Teck. And it is in their interest to game the game by encouraging the share price to drop and drop in case they later want to buy it cheaply.
There are other comparable deposits with a market value 90% or 95% cheaper; WRN is an example and no I do not own it. It is valued at about $25m after deducting cash.
