The reality is that even at these values levels there are inside investors or friends of insiders or investors who bought the shares as flow-through shares or were given them a nearly free value who can sell at these 5 years lows and still make money. So pump all you want, get out when the going good if that every happens.
Teck has been in the business a long time I knew Frank Pickard for more than 30 years he died for this company in Chile some years ago his daughter still works for the company. In Latin America the going rate of expected return is 22% so really any project in Canada with our envirmental laws and the years before a project can come to market have to be so over the top incredible to move forward. Logistically speaking the location of the proposed development is challenging.
