MoneyK (Vette350???) is gonna ingnore that and STILL add a few BIL$ to the NPV... LOL.  She/he shoudl take a trip out to BC and feel it... FEEL the tax and EVER increasing gov run expensis... Insurance, electricity, income tax, Medical, and SOOON...Hydro!!!!  Itz not as fun as it looks and.... if you look an look... those BIG project anoucements ((LNG, office towerz, factoriez and other stuff) have STOPPED wholesale the moment they got elected.  Political risk is real unless you have a shopping cart for a home.  I dunno.
